You find it hard to disconnect from worries, even when there's nothing to resolve at that moment.

Online therapy for anxiety
On the outside, you go about your day. On the inside, your mind finds no rest.
Book a sessionDo you feel trapped in constant worries?
You go over what you've said. You anticipate what might happen. You try to plan for everything, and yet the calm is short-lived. Living like this can be exhausting.
In therapy, we can begin by understanding what you're going through, without asking you to stop thinking or to handle everything. I work with adults in individual online therapy sessions, in Spanish or English.
Perhaps this is happening to you.
You try to have everything planned out, and you find uncertainty difficult to handle.
You avoid situations that worry you and notice that your life is getting smaller.
You demand of yourself to keep performing even when you lack rest and energy.
Tension or the feeling of being on high alert interferes with your daily life.
You don't need to recognize yourself in everything or come with a diagnosis. These situations are a starting point for conversation, not a test to identify a disorder.
Understanding anxiety without reducing yourself to it
If your mind won't stop and your body can't rest, we can start by listening to what's going on.
Feeling anxious at times is part of the human experience. When worry becomes persistent, intense, or starts to limit what you do, it deserves attention.
There's no one-size-fits-all explanation. Your current situation, your history, and your health all matter. We'll explore this without assuming everything stems from your childhood or that simply relaxing is enough.
How we will work in therapy
I am Beatriz Cabrillo Cachafeiro, a licensed clinical psychologist. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment Theory, adapted to your needs.
Understanding what triggers and maintains discomfort
We'll start with your daily life: when worry arises, what you notice, and how you respond. We'll also look at what already helps you and what you'd like to be able to do differently.
Agree on achievable goals for you
We choose where to begin. Perhaps it's resting, confronting a situation, or ceasing to organize your day around fear. We agree on goals that make sense to you.
Practice other ways of coping with what happens
Depending on your needs, we can examine the thoughts that fuel your worry, work through your uncertainty, and gradually approach what you're avoiding. I'll explain the proposals and we'll agree on them. There's no pressure involved.
Review the process with you
What you feel during the sessions also matters. We discuss what helps and what needs adjusting. The pace and duration are reviewed with you; no result is promised beforehand.
Is this space for you?
For adults who want to work through anxiety or worry in a private setting. You don't need to come with a diagnosis. We will assess whether this support is appropriate or if another type of care would be more suitable, or if we can coordinate it with that care.
Your online therapy space in Spanish or English
The sessions are one-on-one and conducted via video call, in Spanish or English. You will need privacy and a stable internet connection. Before starting, we will assess whether this format suits your needs and location.
Click "Book a session" to open the calendar and see the online one-on-one session option. You can also learn more about this format here.

Before booking, you might wonder
What if I don't know if what I'm experiencing is anxiety?
You can tell me what you notice without naming it. The initial assessment is for understanding, not for you to come with a prepared explanation.
Is it just about learning to breathe?
No. The tools are chosen according to your situation. We can also work on worries, avoidance, demands, and the context in which the discomfort arises.
Can I attend if I am taking medication?
Yes, we can assess the psychological work involved. Medication and any changes should be managed by the prescribing professional; do not discontinue or adjust it on your own.
What if I have physical symptoms or need urgent help?
We shouldn't automatically attribute a physical symptom to anxiety. If it's new, intense, or worrying, seek medical evaluation.
This consultation is not an emergency service: in case of immediate danger or need for urgent attention, contact the emergency services in your area without waiting for a response through the form.
You don't need to wait until you're at your limit.
If the worry is taking up too much space, we can start there. Book a session to assess what you need and how we could work on it.
