It's not about fitting what's happening to you into a label. We start from what you're experiencing, what you need, and what you want to work on.
We give you space to express yourself, ask questions, and say if something doesn't feel right. Trust is built throughout the process, respecting your pace.
From Attachment Theory we explore how your experiences can influence your relationships and the way you are treated, without assuming that everything that happens to you has the same origin.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools to work on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We choose them according to your situation and review together how they work for you.
Fewer procedures, more space for you.
You work directly with me, without intermediaries or automatic assignment. The person who listens to you in the first session is the one who will support you afterward.
Sessions in English, via video call, from home or wherever you are. If you move to a different city or country, therapy continues with the same therapist.
No travel or waiting rooms. All you need is privacy and a good internet connection to focus on what you want to work on: your relationships, your boundaries, anxiety, or discouragement.
Do you have doubts or aren't sure if therapy is right for you? We'll dedicate about 20 minutes, over the phone and at no cost, to you briefly explain your reason for seeking therapy and answer your questions. No obligation and complete confidentiality.
