I trained in Madrid and am licensed to practice in France. I live in Grenoble, from where I offer in-person therapy and online sessions exclusively for adults, so you can access the support you need wherever you are.

I specialized in working with adults and students at the Complutense University of Madrid. My first years of practice focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address anxiety and depression. However, clinical experience taught me that for profound change to occur, more than technical tools are needed: a restorative relationship is essential.

That's how attachment became the central pillar of my work. I understood that the therapeutic space must be, above all, a safe and warm place where you can connect with yourself, understand your story, and express yourself without fear of judgment.
