An individual therapeutic space for those who wish to better understand what they are experiencing, process their emotions and work in greater depth on aspects such as anxiety, migration grief, self-esteem or attachment patterns.

What if I don't really know what's wrong with me?
You don't need to come prepared with anything specific. The first session is designed precisely for that: to calmly put into words what's happening to you, and to see what can help. You don't need to prepare anything.
What is the first in-person session like?
We'll have time to understand your situation, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We'll also assess whether in-person sessions are the right fit for your current needs.
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes. We agree on a frequency that suits you, and you decide at any time whether you want to continue, without commitment.
Is what I say in the session confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated confidentially, within the ethical and legal limits of psychological practice.
What is Mon soutien psy and how does it work?
It's an official Assurance Maladie (French Health Insurance) device for mild to moderate discomfort (anxiety, low mood, etc.). It covers up to 12 sessions per year. Each session costs €50: the Sécurité Sociale (Social Security) reimburses 60% and the mutual insurance company (Mutuelle) reimburses 40% (and in some cases, you don't pay anything upfront). A doctor's letter is no longer required: you can book directly. I offer it in person in Grenoble, in 50-minute sessions. More information: monsoutienpsy.ameli.fr
What if I am a student? (Santé Psy Étudiant)
Student Psychiatry is an official program for higher education students: 12 free sessions per academic year, with no upfront payment and no doctor's letter required. Check your eligibility on the official website, choose a psychologist from the list, and book. I offer in-person sessions in Grenoble, each lasting 50 minutes. What is the fee for the in-person session?
The fee for an in-person session is €60. You can check the duration and availability on the booking platform before confirming your appointment.
Can I get my questions answered before booking?
Yes. You can request a free 20-minute information call to discuss your situation, or contact me through the contact page if you prefer.
