What are the sessions like?
Starting therapy doesn't mean following a rigid manual or searching for easy answers or complex solutions. It's primarily a space to stop in your tracks when daily life overwhelms you, to bring order to the mental noise, and to clearly analyze what's holding you back. My goal is to walk alongside you so you can regain control of your life with your own judgment, autonomy, and genuine self-confidence.
A holistic approach to healing and moving forward
Combine the Attachment Theory and the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) It allows us to work on both the emotional root of what you experience and the thoughts and patterns that affect you in your daily life.
In consultation, we delve into what's happening to you today, but we also pay attention to your roots. We look at where you come from and to understand what dynamics or patterns These repetitions help us gain a deeper perspective to understand our reactions and the context in which we find ourselves, with the aim of managing anxiety and depression as well as healing our emotional wounds.
From there, we combine that analytical understanding with an eminently practical approach. Adapting to your personality structures and beliefs, the goal is to work flexibly and respectfully., designing tools tailored to your needs that fit with your identity, your values, and the exact moment in your life that you are in.
We create a safe and honest workspace where you can reflect and learn new strategies. I support you in developing resources to address your concerns and work towards greater autonomy and well-being, according to your needs and goals.
""You are not alone; I am here to accompany you on this path towards a lighter, fuller life, more connected with yourself.""
Why take the plunge and get started?
I know that taking the step to go to therapy can be daunting. It means facing your pain head-on and admitting that sometimes carrying it all alone just doesn't work anymore. That's why therapy requires a safe space where you can feel vulnerable without fear of being hurt.
My approach combines clinical rigor—uniting a deep understanding of your roots with evidence-based tools, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—with compassionate and supportive care. In therapy, we not only analyze why you react the way you do, but we also design an active, flexible plan, adapted to your pace, to alleviate the real distress that overwhelms you today.
This is for you if...
- You feel like you're carrying everything alone, demanding constant control and exhausting your energy to avoid failing.
- You notice that you carry repetitive patterns in your relationships—with your partner, family, or friends—that generate anxiety, dependence, or a deep emptiness.
- You find it difficult to set boundaries or show vulnerability without fear of being rejected or misunderstood.
- You are tired of going over the same things in your head and are looking for a rigorous space where you can work actively and in a structured way to build real tools for emotional stability.
You don't have to face your worries alone. Asking for help can be a way of taking care of yourself. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to offer you professional and supportive guidance, explore what you're experiencing with you, and work on resources that resonate with you. We'll agree on goals and review the process according to your needs.
Does this way of working sound familiar to you?
The first step can be a free information call: about 20 minutes on the phone to tell me what brings you here and answer your questions, with no obligation.
Request an information callFree and without obligation. You set the pace.
A safe space to start breathing.
The journey begins with something as simple and human as sitting down to talk. In these initial sessions, I dedicate myself to listening to you calmly, understanding what's weighing on you, and getting to know the context of what you're experiencing, without rushing or judgment.
This isn't a formal process: it's an initial meeting to understand your situation and explore how we can work together. Trust is built over time; you can ask questions and express your feelings during our sessions.
Bring order and build tools tailored to your needs.
Once we understand each other, we move to the heart of the process. We don't improvise: we combine a deep understanding of your roots and your connections with practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to decipher why you react the way you do.
We'll design a flexible roadmap tailored to your pace. We'll work together, session by session, dismantling what no longer serves you and building the real resources you need to manage your day-to-day life effectively.
Walking alone and staying calm
As the discomfort subsides and the changes become established in your daily life, we naturally space out the sessions. This phase is key to testing your new skills in real-life situations and verifying that you can manage on your own.
The goal has never been to create dependency, but to give you back the helm: that you achieve real autonomy, firm inner security and the certainty that you can move forward with confidence.
